In early 2024, Chemena Kamali’s Chloé debut was met with a fanfare not seen from a new designer’s debut in some time. Returning to its romantic, bohemian DNA, it was clear that the Chloé we needed was the Chloé of yesteryear.
Instantly, the label became the It-girl brand of the year, returning to its roots as a cult-like fashion favorite. A decade prior, the brand was experiencing a similar renaissance on the heels of its viral #ChloéGirls campaign. Celebrating the brand’s distinct, free-spirited vision and the women (or girls) who wear it, it is that Chloé that has returned under Cemena Kamali’s direction.
A New Era of the Chloé Girl
The Chloé girl, too, is so back, with stars like Sienna Miller, Kaia Gerber, Zoe Saldana, Daisy Edgar Jones, and more embracing new Chloé. (This, by the way, is our official petition to bring #ChloéGirls back.) The latest star to tap into her inner bohemian is Oscar-winning actress Michelle Williams, who stars in Hulu’s new comedy-drama Dying for Sex.

While making her press rounds in New York earlier this week, Williams was spotted wearing a yet-to-be-released silk and lace dress from Chloé’s Fall 2025 collection. This dress paired perfectly with the thigh-high boots we’ll all be lusting after for Fall, the Chloé Eve boot.
The star of the show? Her perfectly slouchy and smooth Chloé Icon Halfmoon Bag, which launches this coming May for Pre-Fall 2025.
That is one fugly dress.
The shoes, bag and styling is on point but the dress is grungy
