Get a Look at Chanel’s Cruise 2020 Bags

Coming to boutiques November 15th

When Karl Lagerfeld passed away earlier this year, he not only left behind a legacy, but he left behind big shoes to fill. Virginie Virard has taken to the reigns incredibly well, and as Artistic Director of fashion collections she has continued the story of Coco Chanel. Typical of cruise collections, the Cruise 19/20 bags represent a spirit of movement and travel. The bags stand well on their own, but many of the bags are modern interpretations of house classics.

The new Chanel 19 Bag appears in this collection, featuring large, exaggerated quilting, which is a spin on an iconic house code. There were many classic flap bags too, and versions included color-blocked patent leather and acid-washed, faded, colored denim. A classic Chanel shape, the Vanity Case, also appeared multiple times throughout the collection in various sizes and materials. Chanel’s Cruise Collection hits stores November 15th, but you can get a sneak peek via the link below, and check out our favorite bags from the collection now.
