Chanel’s Ancient Egypt-Inspired Métiers d’Art 2019 Bags Are Now in Boutiques

We've got pics + prices of our 15 favorites

Late last year, Chanel presented it’s 2019 Métiers d’Art collection at New York City’s Metropolitan Museum of Art. The Métiers d’Art collection takes the place of pre-fall for the brand, and they are arguably one of the best displays of the details and craftsmanship that go into Chanel’s bags and accessories. These collections often feature many special details, exotic leathers and elevated iterations of popular designs. This collection was inspired by ancient Egypt, and the late Karl Lagerfeld designed this collection using a mostly neutral palette with elaborate detailing. Check out our favorite bags from the collection below, all of which are in boutiques now.
