I had pre-ordered a Bottega Venetta handbag and they sent me the bag in the wrong color and they were unable to accomadate my original request because they were sold out!! On a separate occasion Saks sent me a St. John cardigan instead of the Tory Burch button down shirt that I had ordered. Needless to say -- I have cut up my Saks card!! I had the same thing happen to me by Saks this Spring. THEY SENT THE WRONG BAG!!! So, I called, asking them to pick up at their expense and send me the correct bag. It's out of stock. It will be a while before I shop at Saks again. So disappointing. I decided to check it out anyways at Neimans, they had the red, black leather and the stingray. The bag is as Rachel Zoe would say "BAH-NAN-NAS", I tried it on and fell head over heels....I got the black leather and the stingray. This bag is to be tried on, yes it's simple looking but this bag has that "it" factor!....simply gorgeous.
