Over the weekend I went to a crafty store/restaurant with two of my mom’s sisters. This place was a barn turned into a craft store, and every woman across the Midwest was there on Sunday. The ratio of women to men was about 1,345:1. And that 1 was definitely and infant boy. Either way, all those crafts are cute but I did realize I could probably make many of them.
I just received a thank-you card from my cousin Maddie in the mail for her high school graduation gift. She told me I had to write about the wristlet I got her, so here I am. Actually I can’t believe I did not mention this chic little wristlet by Coach earlier. My cousin, like many of you out there, is not a huge fan of a signature print (Like the C’s on Coach bags, etc).
Megs and I, we both *love* Coach. Reasons are several, the style, the colors, the price, the quality, and many more. Another aspect that strikes us positively is that they keep releasing mid-season styles for bags in their signature shapes. Recall the Valentine’s Day specials or the Soho line? The brand-spankin’ new Coach Patchwork Bags take a different approach. For all those gals who just can’t decide what they like better, calfskin, some metallic accents, swank suede, the new tie dye canvas or their signature fabric, Coach is now making the choice ridiculously easy by combining all of the mentioned in the Patchwork line.
Abbey Branch introduced the Knoll collection with fine textiles designed by renowned grafitti artist Stephen Sprouse. Founded in 1947 by Florence Knoll and currently under the design direction of Suzanne Tick, Knoll offers advanced textiles by combining beauty and function in the most modernist fashion. In search of new modes of expression, Knoll frequently seeks the guidance of creative minds such as Sprouse, who has injected his well-known street style into the refined world of architecture.
The spring finally knocked on our door and we certainly won’t let it stand outside in the cold for long! And what do we associate with spring time, beside lovy dovy butterflies in your tum tum and makin’ babies? That’s right, flowers.
Burberry proves to us that they are capable of more than just plaid canvas. Their very own Floral Wristlet sports a swank white base leather with a pretty emerald flower print.
This chic golden leather wristlet by british tastemaker Lulu Guinness proves once and for all that there is no limits to human imagination.
Both clever and catchy, this fish-shaped snakeskin baggie with zipper and golden wrist strap complements your sophisticated evening wear with a youthful flair. Don’t make the popular mistake and try to drown your bag in the party pool — this fish is gonna cost ya.
