My only gripe is that its already a heavy bag on its own. And it keeps 'folding' into two. The top-half always falls down (because of the metal i think) making the bag look unstructured if you put it down on a chair (or anywhere). I got it as a present for my birthday, however after having for 11 days the leather looked horrible, but worst of ALL the strap broke off my hand!! I cried, it was horrible experience thank god I was able to reutrn it, they offered to fix it but if it broke once it will break again! I love the bag..
