I got a Tod’s original D-bag (medium) from E-Bay, and although the seller said “100 % Authentic”, I have doubts about it after I checked Authenticity guidelines. Does anybody who is a lover of D-bags know whether they absolutely always have feet screws visible inside? Also, the bag doesn’t feel like leather…

i think Tod’s bags are the only designer bags i’ve looked at and thought: Wow this is EXACTLY something i would keep and use FOREVER and not worry about it being too annoying/snobby/flashy, not get tired of it, or worry about it being caught up with the logomaniacs, which ruins bags for me, as was the case for Louis Vuittons, Hermes, and Chanels. When i see young girls with rich parents hop on the LV train simply because it’s ‘cool’ and the monogram bags are an easy way to ‘show off’, it instantly ruins the bags for me
