I’m not even sure how to explain Anna Dello Russo. She’s a fashion luminary and Editor at Large for Vogue Nippon, but she’s also a street style caricature whose willingness to wear all of the most fabulous things, all at once, has helped change the way that everyone from high-ranking editors to budding bloggers conduct business.
