Denim bags just bring back memories of middle school screaming back. And I completely agree with Mandy that it would be so hard I think to find a good denim bag that didn't look cheap, no matter how well made.

Okay, it's a cool looking bag, but $1300 for a *denim* bag? I'll pass. Maybe if it was about $100, but not that much.

It would look better in leather. I was in love with jean bags in middle school, but not so much anymore.

To me denim bags are to seasonal. Once you have worn them a few times they look worn...like your favorite pair of demin. If I had only one investment piece to buy, I'd put my money elsewhere.

I think denim handbags are difficult to do in a way that's high end enough to differentiate them from those hanging on the rack at WalMart. I do like the chain strap on this one, but I think the whipstitching brings it right back down to that low end look. My other problem with denim is all the fake LV denim bags you see around now. IMO, they drag the whole genre down. I also love, love my jeans. However, I'll probably skip the denim handbags unless someone just does it absolutely right, and I don't think I'll know what that means until I see it.
