Somehow, my years of writing about fashion on the Internet have made me simultaneously less sensitive to prices but more stingy with my fashion money. When you're lucky enough spend all day looking at the most covetable bags and shoes in the world, you become acutely aware that the next Next Big Thing is always right around the corner, and knowing that makes it difficult to justify committing money to anything other than the pieces that you just can't picture yourself living without. Somehow, Loeffler Randall has managed to pack its Spring 2013 collection with exactly those kinds of items.
I went on a mini shopping spree at LoefflerRandall.com at the end of last week, and two of the three pieces I ordered were from Loeffler Randall's perfectly printed collaboration with Tucker. (If you want to know about the other pair of shoes I picked up, check out TalkShoes.com.) The bags and shoes, in a black-based floral or black-and-white geometric print, are exactly the kind of thing you'd want to wear on a sunny spring or summer day. For the bold among us, the two prints also mix quite well. For my own wear, I picked up the Loeffler Randall Mini Rider and Loeffler Randall Odile Espadrille Sneakers, both in the floral print. (I love a black-based floral.) Check out the collection and prices in the slideshow below or skip straight to shopping via LoefflerRandall.com.
