I have yet to add a bucket bag to my handbag collection. You have to understand something about me. I love handbags, but, I tend not to splurge very often. If you ask Megs or even Vlad, they will both agree. I stare at things I think about buying and make virtual pros and cons lists. This being said, I’ve never been able to justify the purchase of a bucket bag because I can’t really imagine where I would carry it. That is where I need you to weigh in.

So, today I am a bit stumped. I actually like this Kooba Daniela Studded Leather Bucket Bag, but I don’t know how much use it would get. Although this bag might not work for me, I can imagine several people, including another PurseBlog writer, Anna, rocking this Kooba bag.

The black leather is topped off with just the right amount of studding on this small bag. With just a few studs along the top of the bucket bag, the studding is not overwhelming. The 24″ drop means that you can wear this bag on your shoulder or as a crossbody bag without much hesitation. There are also just the slightest hint of tassel detailing at the sides of the bag – also not too overwhelming. So, I like the bag, but what’s your advice – rock it or don’t? Buy through Bloomingdale’s for $345.

I think…it’s really pretty. That being said, I don’t think it’s really practical. I agree with your points that it wouldn’t get much use, and it would be really hard to keep organized. I don’t know…it’s not a ton of money, but still…I think you could buy a bag that you would use more often. I don’t think it’s a “must-have” or “use-almost-every-day-for-all-eternity” bag. I think it’s okay, but you would have to think about how much you would actually wear it. I don’t think it’s all too practical.

I like the bucket bag. But I don’t like the Kooba bag isn’t cute to me. It looks a lil dull.
