Can you say party foul? I cannot believe that someone, in some design department gave the go-ahead with this bag. I mean, seriously people, c’mon now. There are certainly plenty of handbags that I come across that I am on the fence about, but this is one, I have to say, I cannot appreciate at all. In fact, I tried my hardest to even think about a friend or a celeb I could imagine carrying this clutch, but I came up with no one.

Am I being a bit dramatic or do you think this JADEtribe Panada Fringe Recycled Clutch is as atrocious as I do? Like all JADEtribe bags, this one is eco-friendly. The clutch, as you can see, has tons and tons of yarn fringe along the edges. A leather wrist strap and leather tassels with beads are a nice touch, but it is hard to appreciate it with all of the yarn fringe overwhelming the bag. Unfortunately, I don’t have much more to say about the bag other than the fact it is just oh so wrong. Buy through Shopbop for $85.

just when you thought the fringe couldn’t get any uglier they go ahead and design its sister in hot pink. Wow JADEtribe has some ugly bags, and I don’t understand why shopbop carries their line.

If you took one of those “Persian Rug” mousepads you can find in museum gift shops, folded it in half, and added a zipper, you would get this bag. Hideous.

Exactly what I was going to say!
I’m say at my desk looking at my “persian rug” coaster that someone brought me back from the middle east and wondering if I could turn it in to a coin purse version ;)

      (Yes, joking!!)

I just don’t understand!!! The fringe looks like the ugly carpet that my mother’s house had in the 1980s. My mother had the sense to get rid of it. Teaming a pale insipid paisley design with fringing the color of ugly, leaves me lost for words…But I must say more – I had to look at the Shopbop site and found that it is also made with fluro pink fringing and a pastel diamond pattern…WHY? WHY? WHY?

I’m quite fond of this clutch. I actually found your blog because I was searching on google where to buy this baby! lol. Cheers.

These clutches are the coolest purses ever – shame on you for thinking otherwise.

I love this clutch and have it in turquoise. I get more complimentes on it when we go out than any party purse I’ve ever had.
