Normally, we’re the ones who do the disseminating of information around here. We’re bloggers, that’s our job, and we wouldn’t be very good at it if things were the other way around. Sometimes we need to pick your collective brains, though, and today is one of those times.
Ever since I happened upon the Rebecca Minkoff Kerry Pouch in the “silver blackwash” finish that you see here, I’ve been obsessed with finding one of Minkoff larger bags in this finish and making it mine. I’ve been able to find various bags in the bronze and peach blackwashes, but nothing in silver except for this pouch and a wallet. HELP.
There’s nothing wrong with this pouch, per se, I’m just not usually someone who uses a lot of pouches. Plus, I love the finish so much that I want to be able to display it as part of my outfit – it’s sort of a gritty alternative to studs and sequins. The color variation gives a lot of depth, and the dying technique lets the leather’s texture shine. So if any of you know where I can find an actual handbag in this color (a clutch would do!), please let me know in the comments. Buy through ShopBop for $85.
