Yes, this site as well as Purse Blog is dedicated to designer handbags. And when I say designer handbags, Ed Hardy might not come to mind. If that is what you are thinking, I would have to agree with you. However, from time to time, I come across something I can’t help but share. So, it is true, I am an Ed Hardy fan. I’m not talking over-the-top, head-to-toe Ed Hardy gear, but some of the shirts are simply awesome. Now, put that with a pair of your favorite jeans or a sexy skirt, a pair of killer sunglasses and you can have a pretty awesome look. When I came across the Ed Hardy Lace Lily Clutch, I found myself thinking about how even the girliest of girls might like it. The clutch is made of durable printed canvas with a signature embroidered Ed Hardy tattoo design. Add a little leather piping and trim, and I think you’ve found yourself a great daytime and even casual nighttime clutch. And even if it isn’t your type, at it’s price, it could be a perfect gift for any of your rocker-chick friends! Buy through Zappos for $69.

Ed hardy is a no for me. No matter what it is, it’s so incredibly tacky!

This is kinda cute… doesn’t look like Ed Hardy at all :)

This would be hot for a night out at like, some cheapo bar… basically, anything other than a lounge / ivy-league night club. You know, one of those dance places that don’t get busy until after 11, where they play a weird mish-mash of country, pop, hip-hop and electronica, because it’s the only bar in town?
Well, come to Manitoba and you’ll get what I’m saying. Anyway, this would be a great look for that kind of place or event. A totally un-sophisticated and un-glamorous affair that only university and that bad-boy wannabe rocker can really bring you. Sold!

Wow, I just lost all respect! Ed Hardy? Yikes, this is the tackiest brand. I wouldn’t be caught dead in one of their tops or carrying one of their bags. It seems best left to all those botoxed Boca ladies trying to look and feel young again while totally missing the mark.

Kaytey – I couldn’t agree with you more!!!!

Reminds me of a makeup bag. But not as pretty.
