It's pretty light. Most crossbodies can get heavy on my left shoulder, which I hate, but half the time I forget it's there and I wear this thing morning to night all over the city. As for the oversized alexa, I held it in the mulberry store and it felt light to me too. The oversized also looked smaller than I thought it would -- whenever i see Ms. Chung carry it, the bag looks so huge! In real life, it's smaller than what I thought a messenger normally is.
