I have a chanel bag that is stretched out, do you know details about chanel’s policy re fixing bags, etc.? Your answer would greatly be appreciated. I believe my problem lies in the workmanship/design of the bag, the flap closes on to the outside side pocket so when you carry anything inside the bag, the flap and pocket stretch and it’s unattractive. Thanks for your response.
