I have a chanel bag that is stretched out, do you know details about chanel’s policy re fixing bags, etc.? Your answer would greatly be appreciated. I believe my problem lies in the workmanship/design of the bag, the flap closes on to the outside side pocket so when you carry anything inside the bag, the flap and pocket stretch and it’s unattractive.
