The brand has has a chain-strapped version for a while, but it lacks the full rear compartment of this bag and delicate chain straps often turn off consumers who are looking for a bag bag. This leather-strapped version is still positioned as a “crossbody wallet,” which confuses me a bit; it has interior card slots, sure, but also plenty of room for stuff you’d put in any mini bag, and terming it a “wallet” automatically devalues it for a lot of people.
