Prada Napa Fringe Hobo

:!: Drop everything and anything that matters and makes sense in your life!!! Seriously, get yourself to Bergdorf Goodman and order the Prada Napa Fringe Hobo in ivory before it goes out of stock! Ok, my sarcasm level is an all time high right now. I have been like a see-saw with this bag; I hated it, it looked good on Victoria Beckham but I still wouldn’t wear it, then I hate it again. It is really just fugly. And I have come to the conclusion that just because Victoria Beckham and her ridiculous Barbie-dollesqe body can pull something off, does not make it a good bag. So if you do like this bag, then more power to you and it is readily in stock in both ivory and black. And if you don’t like this bag, then join me in mocking it (especially the ivory version, the fringe is SO limp and droopy). Through Saks for $2195.

I’m with you Meg – I hate it. It looks like a shag rug or something…not like a high end bag. Ugh.

I felt the same way like you Meg about this bag until I saw it in a Prada boutique and held it. It’s actually quite nice, very soft leather, good size and looks impressively good when dressed very simply, something we all do nowadays. Prada has always been at the forefront of fashion and I wouldn’t be surprised if by next year other well known designers follow suit. Kind regards to all,xx

Got it for my birthday last week and it is the coolest, softest bag I have ever owned. Looks really different – great with a suit for work (funkies up the suit) and also with jeans. Huge fan!

I got it as a birthday pressie as well, and I love it! I had been looking for ages for a bag that stands out, and this one does. The leather indeed feels great and even after several months, the fringes stay in good shape and keep their spring (contrary to the brown suede version, that one does look limp).

I wish I could still find this bag in stores. It is the BEST bag I have seen in a long time. It is truly sad that ppl are unable to see it’s beauty. It is also sad that people look down upon such a beautiful purse simply b/c they themselves would or could not wear it well.
