I love the shape of this hobo. In fact, I’ve been in love with this shape ever since I fell head over heels for the Bird Handbags Lady Bag. Megs has one and let’s just say, I’d be quite a happy camper if I had one of my own. I had a chance to borrow that bag before and it is perfect. It fits perfectly on your shoulder while never looking frumpy. So, when I came across this B-low the Belt Rocking Nita Studded Leather Hobo, I took note.
There truly is something magical about New York City. Whether it is the constant commotion, the noises, the history, or the people, New York City remains an epicenter of the world. Our trip to NYC in October was for business. Lucky for me, our business revolves around shopping, and that we did.
Finally! A See by Chloe bag that I really like, without any reservation whatsoever! I believe this is a personal first! Can you tell how much I really want to love this line?
Because I really do. I adore almost every bag made by the brand’s big sisters at Chloe, and I when they first decided to launch a bag collection as part of their diffusion line, my hopes were so high. Mostly I’ve been disappointed, but I really like the See by Chloe Ring Around Shoulder Bag and I could totally see myself buying it.
Yesterday I popped into Saks to pick up a pair of new shoes for an event Vlad and I attended last night (details to come soon). I didn’t realize it then, but it is that time of year! Juicy Couture almost had me on the Juicy Couture Cheetah Daydreamer Tote. My predilection for the occasional tacky handbag is well-documented, as is my love for animal print, and this was almost a match made in cheesey heaven for me.
But then, as the brand is wont to do, they ruined it.

While my first reaction was, “this bag isn’t for me”, there is no doubt that this is actually a great statement piece if you have both the event and the funds for it. So instead of just moving onto the next bag, I decided that this is the kind of bag worth dissecting a bit.
