"This week on Project Runway, we had another challenge in which our designers were asked to take some money and buy some fabric and make an outfit. Yawn. Where are the corn husks and car parts and recycled water bottles of seasons past? All of these people should be able to make perfectly serviceable outfits out of $150 worth of fabric."

But surely that's the whole point? I'd argue that it's actually easier to 'create' something from garbage/groceries/medical waste/whatever...all you need is a glue gun, a wacky idea and an ego the size of New Jersey.... it worked for Santino! But it's a hell of a lot harder to actually cut, fit and make a beautiful garment or outfit, for $150, in 2 days, WITHOUT producing a boring look.

Personally I love the new challenges but LA? Nina/MK no-shows? 'Guest' judges? Crap, I say.

Irina's outfit was really boring...it's nothing new. All her outfits are in fashion now but I don't see any fresh ideas. And why always nude!?!?

When was the last time that Christopher WASNT in the bottom 3? I almost choked when he said he had been in the top 3 a lot. One of them was a even a partners challenge!

When is someone gonna stand up and like, bitch slap Irina? Please make this happen, reality TV.

Gordana's necklace reminds me of some of the stuff I've seen by marquis & camus (marquisandcamus.com) but I just looked and they don't have anything quite like this particular necklace.

How did they bore me? Let me count the ways.

Did Nicholas not say at one point that his top was looking "too Grecian?" For that alone, he should have been sent home.
The "guest designer" was Michael Kors? What the F?
I didn't think Christopher's Sister-Wife outfit was that bad, but what was that foolishness that Logan sent down the runway?

Milla was the bright spot. Let's have her back and send Heidi home. One day you're in and the next, you're out!

I really hate having to watch Lifetime for even an hour each week. Really. Hate. It.
Not digging Irina at all.

Gordana: please start selling those necklaces immediately! You will make a fortune. I want one and I want it now.

I agree - what about letting someone attempt harajuku style with a Tokyo option? Or minimalism with a Berlin option? I would have loved to see the colorful silks and beading that we could have had with a Mumbai option. And Hollywood? WTF? Didn't we already have a SoCal style challenge? Or several?
