I would just buy a plain bag somewhere else cheaper then get some good supplies, like fabric paints, if you’re bad at drawing get some stencils, or transfer a design onto it, I wonder who actually bought this? and how they decorated it?

I like the idea! Of course that kind of DIY bag is not for everyone, but if one has some talent the finished thing could be awesome. And fun!

It’s too expensive though.

I totally agree with Alexa! It’s like they ripped off the idea from Adidas, which had limited ed white sneakers with markers as well.

It’s like those adidas add a color shoes that came out like 2 years a go, which were a good idea because they were sneakers and around $1,200 less. Thats a pretty ridculous price for a plain bag you can color on.

I absolutely agree with Eponine03! That doodle teddy bear is the first thing that came to my mind. This is such an awful idea..I would feel ridiculous carrying a fendi bag that I had colored all over. Why would anyone pay over $1000 dollars for a purse that they will essentially be designing??

I once had a doodle teddy bear when I was in elementary school. I think it cost $10 and it was washable…Seriously! What were they thinking?

I do agree that paying over $1,000 for a do-it-yourself handbag is a BIT steep. I’m curious if anyone has created something that looks good and how well these markers appear on that sort of canvas.

I personally wouldn’t purchase it myself but if given a free bag, I think I would create a satirical design or a caricature of myself (or perhaps of a certain Fendi “designer”). lol.

Seriously!

I love creativity, but you have to wonder what Fendi was thinking with this one. Reminds me of a kid’s project. I guess I try not to associate a designer bag I’m paying over $1,000 as something for children.

I would be interested to see what designs people come up with on their own for this bag. Maybe some will look good?

I wonder what quality the markers are?

…this seems like a mess.

this is a stupid idea for something so expensive. what are you supposed to do when you mess up? what if you hate your design? and there is no way that coloring all over a purse with markers can possibly look good!
