It’s OK…..I think my main problem with it, is that it looks so very brand-spanking new….

I think a design like this needs to look like an interesting vintage find, or even something thrown together, by hand, by an innovative handyperson!

I can imagine that the design might look quite nice in an antiqued, lugage brown, with an old gold coloured watch strap.

I don’t like it in pictures but in person it is quite stunning. The watchband is to put your hand through when you’re carrying the bag, adds some bling on your arm
