maybe more load balancing or server capacity required to cater to the constant access by users? it looks like a performance issue, not sure if this is database-related?

I completely and totally understand your frustration. It is not easy for us either. But something actually broke on our forum database. It is something that happens on forums as large as ours at time. Vlad and has been working all weekend to ensure that it did not mean that we loose information, so that is why it was shut down.

Great interview!!! I was at the Saks event and had the great honor to meet Monica as well. She was so gracious. I discussed TPF with her! (Megs and Vlad were also totally amazing!!!)
