I have always told myself that I can not pull off a super small handbag, seeing as though I am not super small. I am tall and while I consider myself in shape, I am not the size of the models that walk down the catwalk. But lately I have been finding myself more drawn to smaller bags. Why? Because frankly the big bags are hurting my shoulders and while I still do not have to carry much around I might as well take advantage of it. The best way to take advantage of a situation like this is to try it out. Try a small bag, carry it for a bit, and see how it makes you feel. And try our a more affordable version, that is unless you have a bottomless wallet. I am all about the bright colors right now and thought that the Marc by Marc Jacobs Percy Mini Bag may be the perfect small handbag to try. The yellow leather screams summer and the adjustable strap can be used to wear the bag crossbody or over the shoulder. I would opt for over the shoulder, as crossbody will look a tad odd on me I think. There is a zip fastening pocket on the front, a zip fastening across the top, and a designer plaque on front. Oh, she’s a cutie! I love the bright and vibrant yellow. Definitely perfect for summer! If only the straps were removable, I’d so love to buy one. I think this will be cute to use as a clutch too. Either way though, I love it.

I ma thinking of buying one – can you tell me how long the shoulder strap is at its longest – I am tall and some over the shoulder bags are too short.
