Marc by Marc Jacobs Bird Bag

This handbag is the kind I envision on a college kid who wears Birkenstocks, or the gal who shops are Urban Outfitters, or better yet my good friend Jen. Ok so you may not have the pleasure of knowing Jen, but this is a total Jen bag. I wouldn’t mind wearing it to the beach, but Jen would wear it everyday and it would look amazing on her. I can’t exactly put my finger on the words I need to use to describe the person who would wear this bag, but I think you all kind of get my drift. If you work in NYC but live in Williamsburg, this is the bag you would wear (does that comparison work?! I think so!). The Marc by Marc Jacobs Bird Bag is a tad hipster in my books, showing a bird screen on the front and a knotted shoulder strap with large beads. Not a canvas bag though, this bag is made with woven nylon and sports ‘Marc Jacobs’ letters inside on the lining. On the inside there is also a cell phone pocket, a patch pocket, and a zip pocket. Dimensions are 14″x 12.5″x 3.5″. So Jen, if you ever happen to see this, I am telling you to buy this bag! Via eLuxury for $138.
