My parents gave it to me for my 15th birthday
I have the Damier Speedy 35.
Just got the damier speedy 30 this past weekend. I’ve yet to make her debut.
Mono 30 purchased in 2007, it gets better with use.
I did take it shopping with me over the weekend and it was a little tedious. Its perfect though for lunches, dinners….etc.

I’m always fascinated by the Speedy because it doesn’t appeal to me. It can only be hand-carried and the canvas sags if you put anything heavy in the bag. I’m glad it has its fans, though – vive le difference!
Absolutely agree with you. This model seems to be very impractical. Looks nice though.
I have a damier 30 and I am so in love. Bought it in February and it’s all I carry. Perfect from casual to dressy!

Don’t get wrong I love this site you cover amazing bags but this is the 3rd time that this bag has come up in the past couple of months. Enough is enough let’s put it back in the cloest.
I can’t say we won’t cover it again – but I can say we will continue to cover other bags and designs as well!
i have the mono 30, damier canvas 35 , epi 30 black … love them !
THis bag is so uncomfortable. The handles pinch my arms sometimes and if I have to carry more than 1 thing, well, that always sucks.
I love this photo. I have the Sprouse orange graffiti Speedy. Perhaps an odd choice for my first (and currently only) Speedy, but I like to go big.

people have it-all I care about it is that it’s an iconic piece and crafted beautifully and goes with everything! I can dress it up, dress it down, you name it! Also love that it will still be fashionable 20 years from now!
I have the Mini Lin Ebene Speedy 30, a gift from a very good friend. It’s an icon but not my favourite bag.
I have the black Multicolore Speedy 30.
I love it, but it’s quite heavy to carry around. 
I might get a shoulder-strap for it one of these days. 
I also used to have a Damier Speedy 35, but I sold it.
I’m considering getting an Epi Speedy, once I have some money saved.

And I do not care that many women have it. It is iconic, never goes out of style and always looks right. Very convenient. You can dress it up or down, it is a bit like ballet flats or a black turtleneck pullover or Chucks or a white blouse ….

i have an azur 25 and i adore it!! i’ve had to give up & place it in the dust bag since my baby girl came along, but i do occasionally take her for a spin on date night and girls night out!! You can not go wrong with a speedy!

I have a mono speedy 25. I adore it. It is always appropriate in just about every situation. It’s light and I can fit a lot in it. I never tire of using it.
I have two mini… one in mono and one in multi-black. Love them, they are my go to bags when I have no time to dress up… = )
