Louis Vuitton’s Fall 2017 Ad Campaign is Jam Packed with Brand New Bags

Get a first look at new versions of old favorites, plus some debut designs straight off the runway

Handbags almost always figure prominently in the ads of brands that make them because accessories are such an important category for the financial health of fashion brands, and that’s particularly true of companies like Louis Vuitton, where the entire enterprise radiates out from consumers’ love of the designer’s signature leather goods. Ads are also a particularly good place to spot new arrivals that weren’t on the runway and aren’t quite yet in stores, and there are plenty of those bags (and more) in Louis Vuitton’s Fall 2017 campaign, which just launched late last week.

The ads are lensed by Bruce Weber and feature appearances from Riley Keough, Sophie Turner and Jaden Smith, in addition to a bevy of top models. The bags are a mixture of both new runway styles and Nicolas Ghesquiere’s hits like the City Steamer and Twist bags, including new prints and inventive new uses of the brand’s signature monogram prints. Check out all the ads (and the bags therein) below; these styles should be in Louis Vuitton boutiques soon.
