To Nancy Gendron, if you are buying a genuine LV you should be able to take it to LV Boutique in any countries and they will fix it for you free of charge. I had problem with the zipper of my Damier Canvas Knightsbridge, i bought it in London and 6 months after the zipper kinda jammed. I took it to LV Boutique in Germany, and they fixed it for me. It took like over a month for them to do so but the bag came back to me like brand new..

To whom it may concern, My husband bought this wonderful purse for me for xmas (2009) I was so excited I almost fell of my chair, but their is one problem, just wondering if I am the only one that ever complained about this but I have lost 3 buttons on it one I lost and the other ones I was able to find and and glued back. For the price my husband paid for it I am very disapointed and shouldn’t glue those button back on and please don’t tell me not to use it in the winter because for the price we paid I want to use it daily… I would really appreciate your input on this comment it would be very appreciated. I will also call in to see if I can order more buttons. Thank you kindly!

I have this bag and I’m very grateful. I have never lost this bag because it is SO expensive. My husband bought it for me on our 10 anniversary. I am very happy. This bag is beautiful and very useful.

i just wanted to post on here about my experience at the Louis Vuitton Saks Fifth Avenue in troy, michigan. i want to say that the customer service is exceptional and amazing. one person in particular helps me when i shop there…martin is his name. he is very knowledgeable and always knows the answer to every question i throw his way. i live in michigan but travel a lot for my job, i can give martin a call and he’ll send me anything i need asap. so even if you don’t live in mich, you can still order from LV saks troy…i can’t stress enough how amazing the service is…please work with martin if any of you ever go to LV saks 5th ave. in troy, michigan. you’ll be absolutely delighted. thanks!

i personally think the XL is to big for me but i own the XS in white and i love it the leather is so soft and i’ve been stopped in the mall and at the movies for compliments from people i don’t even know its amazing how much attention a louis vuitton bag gets but overall im happy with my purchase and i have no complaints!

Ok, this bag is definitely on my list of must haves, but I agree with those who say that it is over priced. If it was half the price they could probably make more than they would selling it now.

LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! Just purchased the XL on eluxury. I can’t help myself when it comes to purses…it’s a weakness. Kinda like Carrie with her Jimmy Choo’s on Sex and The City.
