if you are so concerned about a fake louie, how about going to a store that sells them and asking??? I think the staff at Louis Vuitton would be able to tell if its a fake or not.

The LV logo should be upside down on a Speedy, as well as some of the other styles, due to the fact that the bag is made from one large piece of material, wrapped around and then sewn, rather than several pieces of material cut then sewn together. You can spot a fake Speedy because often they do not have the upside down LV logo.
