It just purchased a “50″ LV Monogram Duffle bag via http://www.louisvuitton.com
@$1225.00 & it is true just because the LV’s are cut off does not mean it’s not authentic. My duffle bag LV’s are slightly cut off on the sides. I called and the specialists stated that this normal do to the pattern of the canvas.

Best way to KNOW you are buying genuine LV is to buy online either from louisvuitton.com or eluxury, or from an LV store and NOWHERE else. To people worried about the upside down LVs..there really is no point worrying, as the absence of a seam at the bottom WILL result in upside-down logos (seen in many genuine models too)!
Regarding the LV logo being cut-off at the seams….I have studied LV bag pics at louisvuitton.com and to me it seemed that even some of the genuine bags had tiny bits of logo that were stitched through though of course it was not like a logo was cut pat in half!!
There is always the issue of the cow-hide trim turning darker with use in genuine models….dont know if that works in the replicas…but I think it’s a good indicator if your bag does not darken after sufficient use that its a fake…
There ARE very good masters of replica out there who have have taken care of all of the above….so if you are getting an amazing deal on a LV then watch out, and preferably don’t buy from ebay!

What is the best way to find out if a lv bag is authentic? Is it mandatory for one side to have upside down lv? I also received one from a family member and did not want to ask if it is authentic.

My mom has 2 louis vuitton purses. On one of them, one side’s logos are upside down. I looked in a few different places, and i found that the purse is for sure not fake. My mom is still curious though. She wants to know WHY one side has upside down logos. She says if you wear the purse on the side that everyone can see upside down “LV’s,” they’ll assume its a fake! Please help! (:

While Dior Fendi M Jacobs D & G are some of the featured designers eLuxury is in fact owned by Moet Hennessey Louis Vuitton, hence LVMH……..It is also the only place where LV products will be found ON SALE……..HAPPY SHOPPING LADIES

Oops! There are many authentic LV’s with upside-down logo’s on one side!!!! If you see this it does not mean it’s a fake. If there isn’t a seam on the bottom of the bag, then one side of the bag will have upside-down logos!

Hey, there are two ways I know how to tell if your Louis Vuitton is fake or not. 1) if on one side of the bag the LV Logo is upside down 2) If an LV logo is cut off by a seam line. If you can’t find any of those things you probably have a real one

depends how tall are you ? I am 5′3 and I got the 30 . One the zipper wont scratch your watch if its a big bigger openning . I hope this helps .
