Beware of Jimmy Choo. Was a huge fan of theirs until I had a defective product (boots)
that needed repair. They have ZERO customer service. At first they refused to even repair despite my having worn them maybe 10 times. After an email to president Joshua Schulman, they made me ship boots to London….for a zipper repair. 3 months later, I have yet to get them back.

I am in a bad situation as well. Bought the wife a $2,000 Jimmy Choo bag at Neiman Marcus. The dang thing lost some grommets after she carried the bag 3 or 4 times. I have tried to contact everyone I could, but noone has helped.
Any ideas?
