Gustto handbags are not new to us here at Purse Blog. In fact, we like these handbags so much that they are without a doubt one of our favorite Savvy Brands over at Purse Blog Savvy.
Recently I had a chance to speak with Founder and Creative Director of Gustto, Agathe Planchon. As she splits her time between San Diego and NYC it was no shock that I picked up on her easy going and approachable San Diego vibe.
Her story is not only amazing, but also a breath of fresh air. Of course we are all aware of the current state of the economy, but Agathe’s outlook is inspiring and uplifting. More than anything else, it was wonderful to hear that people still dream and believe in success. And it is no wonder so many celebrities have been spotted carrying these bags. They are unique, well made and a great accessory to so many outfits. We’ve had a chance to photograph some of these bags in person for our Bag Art and they were certainly hard to give back. I love gustto bags, I actually have the same bag as Kim Kardashian… the black andrea bag!!! Its a great bag because it goes really well with anything that I am wearing; its classy and chic.
Gustto bags are “Tres Chic”! I just love my Gustto bags, they ARE my best accessory. I don’t leave home without one and get compliments on a daily basis when I am out. I really love the new bright colors and fresh styles that Gustto offers now and I’m on the edge of my seat to see what Gustto designs next.
I am in LOVE with Gustto handbags. I’m particularly obsessed with the one I just saw Kim Kardashian wearing- and a I just found out its called the Andrea. Tomorrow (6/17) they’re having an even at Bloomingdale’s on 59th and Lex where everyone is getting 30% off and that bag is there! Its so mine!!!!
I can not wait for the next sale at bloomis! I did not plan on buying a bag that day but when I saw the black andrea I just HAD to have it!
I was in Bloomingdales last week and had the chance to meet the designer! She was very friendly and talked with me about the brand and I got a sneak peak at the idea for next year’s collection!
Since I have seen Kim kardashian with the Andrea bag, i was curioius to know who the designer was, as i was searching I came across the video she had on ebags.com. Now I have better understanding of her and her designs.

I’ve had a Gustto bag for 3 years and was really curious to hear about Agathe Planchon. She really is a great model for young women looking to succeed in the fashion industry. Bravo on her work and I look forward to what they Gustto will do in the future.
