It’s always a pleasure being able to introduce a newcomer to the fashion market, especially when you can share their collection with your reader base and give the designer nice exposure to the fashion world.
A couple of days ago I received an email from Linda Ly, an aspiring new designer with a promising new line of bags. Linda worked as a model for nearly ten years, which helped her evolve her own sense of style, while her freelance work as a graphic artists helped in turning her visions into reality. After reading through her Manifesto, I already like this gal, her attitude seems right on the spot. Linda’s philosophy follows “style and substance”, which reflects in her bags. The emphasis of her bags lies both in practicality and every day use, as well as fashion & chic to stick out and impress. A fun detail to be mentioned is that Linda’s bags use lining featuring beautiful Japanese-motif prints (Kabuki Theatre, Buddha, Japanese sandals, etc.).

These bags are SO different than what’s out there right now. I LOVE all of them. I’m going to get the Chelsea Cargo Sling bag..and it so happens that I love NY; how perfect is that!? I want stylish, unique, but practical handbags at the same time..I want a Begeren bag!
I really love these bags! I definitely am going to bookmark Begeren’s site. Now I just have to decide which one I want to buy! I think it may have to be that green bag…
these do not look like anything special to me. They seem very typical. The computer bag is nice but way too expensive to be worth it.
I already put an order in for the chelsea cargo sling but still deciding on the laptop bag! I’m always on the go and love bags with lots of pockets, zippers, and lots of room in the bag. Looking forward to my bag!
I recently purchased the Union Hobo in white, and I absolutely love it. Very stylish and a lot of fun!
