Balenciaga is pretty popular where I am, I am seeing the Motorcycle bag, or alot of people are buying Phython Silverado, it kind of goes with do you want a girly bag, or a casual bag.
I’m about to purchase a Balenciaga, and can’t decide on a color. Also not sure what will be available. I’m not too concerned about a “fall appropriate” color, bc I think it all depends on personal style. I love the cognac brown, it’s very versatile…but I’m more partial to a brighter color, like yellow or seafoam. Any insight on which I might choose? I just can’t make up my mind, but I’m ready to buy!!!

I also love the chanel vintage square bag and came into contact with it when i was in heathrow terminal 3 airport end of Oct. it was beautiful and extremely soft. the bag itself is not too big just like a little box i’ll say similar or slightly smaller than the LV speedy 25 but big enough to use it as an everyday bag. it costs £800 tax free.

hi linda, if u got the bag from saks u shouldnt need to worry. probably due to high demands they also have manufactury in italy too. like LV they have manufactury in spain, usa and france. i’ll say call them to ask for sure if u want to know for sure. anyway i was going to get the vintage square but ended up with a 2.55 instead. i will get the vintage square but can u tell me is it an everyday bag? also does it sratch easily? is it in lambskin? thanks

I love the bags you have listed here and they contain some of the hottest…question – what is the magazine publication that shows the “hottest bags” of the season? Is it InStyle or one of the ‘gossip’ type (people, enquirer, etc) sources. I would just like to see the bags as worn by the celebrities who love them. That was how I found out about the Marc Jacobs Stam bag..:-)

Well, I just have to say what a cool site this is! I love designer handbags and especially Chanel. My question is how do I clean the chain straps on my quilted Chanel bag? They are just the gold chain with no leather intertwined. They are a little dull and just need shinning up. Any suggestions?

Not only are bags made in Italy, USA and France but Beijing China has a factory commissioned by Chanel, LV, Gucci, Coach and Hernes to do lines that are targeted for certain regions. Did you know that not all bag styles for each designer are sold in the USA? Europe has a lot of wonderful bags we never see here in the USA. Europeans are always a step ahead of us plus we seem to hang onto the older styles we see in celebrity pictures … guess we just want to emulate them.
