I recently purchased a doctor gisele bag hb009a5at giorgio femmes at cours mont royal in montreal. after only 10 days of wear a small heart rivet fell off leaving the strap hanging. the sales staff refused to help me obtain a new heart rivet. i can no longer wear the purse. does anyone know where i can get a small heart rivet?
