Unacceptable in this day and age…perhaps the company got far too big too quick, I’ve seen this happen to people who are afraid to invest to support the growth. Too bad, too, because it seems like a novel idea.

I ordered the Princess bag on 2/19/08 but have not received it yet. Their customer service leaves a LOT to be desired!!! I’ve tried calling the company twice and have sent 2 emails but no response.
