Tomorrow is the loved and hated Valentine’s Day. The note above sums it all up. This week as I have been shopping I do feel the love in the air, but I also feel the frustration and nerves of the people out trying to find the perfect gift for the one they love. I have felt it myself. So to make things a little sweeter tomorrow for all of you, Vlad and I will be giving away two small but fabulous designer gifts! We will reveal the gifts tomorrow on Purse Blog at 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm EST. This seems like a fair time for anyone to try to get to the computer to partake in our giveaway. The contest will be simple and we will pick the winners out of the comments section.     Love the sentiment! Everything seems just rush, rush, rush right now. I wish that I could give my husband more time instead of candy. But TPF helps me relax and that is immeasurably valuable. It makes the time we have together much more pleasant.

    My husband gave me two coffee mugs for V. Day. Sounds weird? Not really. We already have four just like them. I like them because they hold a lot of coffee and have a nice big handle. What am I giving him? A steak dinner a la Cindy!

    My hubby has to work tomorrow through the evening, and so gave me a little Valentine’s day prezzie today instead.

    “Honey, I just wanted to give you something gold and sparkly. I love you!”

    I opened his gift, thinking it might be a necklace or bracelet…

    It was a “bunch-of-bananas”-shaped coin purse that was covered in sparkly, golden bugle beads.

    And I love it and him.

    My boyfriend and i have been dating for three years and have yet to be together on Valentines day. Once he was in Iraq, then i was in Japan for school, this year he is in Honduras with a medical team. So we are both hoping for next year, but he always sends me flowers and calls me to wish me a happy Valentines day. And i have sent him a fun care package. We always make the most of it

    My girlfriend showed me this site last week, and she showed me a couple purses she liked. She does, however, have a taste for really expensive items.     I used to call V-Day “Singles Awareness Day” because essentially…that’s what it is. XD Finally, I have a boyfriend, so I don’t feel so lonely anymore on this holiday. But I still remember that I have some of my friends who don’t have significant others, so I always make sure to send them some V-Day love their way.

I don’t think my husband has any plans of surprising me today – he claims he doesn’t need to announce his love for me on this day alone and that it’s an everyday feeling.     I wake up every morning, get my kids changed, fed and settled and then I sit at the computer with a huge cup of coffee and read TPF..it relaxes me and gets me ready to face the day..Oh and I also check in with it about 10 times during the day! Happy Valentines Day!!

Woke up to find my 16-month old toddling into the bedroom with a card from my hubby, and flowers on the kitchen counter when I went downstairs. Hooray for hopeless romantics!

    This Valentine’s Day will be much better then the last 6 weeks or so.

    My DH was very sick on Christmas day…was admitted to the hospital and had emergency surgery. He almost died in surgery…but now he is home and recovery.

    I love him so much. He is my best friend. I so glad that he came into my life and most of all for making me his wife.

    Be greatful for all you have…because you never know what may happen…treat each day like its your last and tell everyone you love…”I love you”.
