I loved the black patent leather version of this bag, but it is in fact the cream version that has my heart. I love the dakota shopper in pink berry and the silverlake satchel in cream. The pink berry shopper is a gorgeous punch of color but i also adore the warm golden undertones of the cream satchel. It seems to almost glow and is, for lack of better adjectives, creamy and delicious.

The Silverlake in dark amber. Sure Miley Cyrus has it, but its the perfect color. Its neither young or old, its not super trendy but its not a true “classic” either. Its something that I could give to my mom, and she would look just right wearing it. The amber’s the most versatile. It doesnt feel like you have to up your game just to wear the bag.

I love the Dakota Hobo in Pink Berry Crinkle Glazed. It’s just gorgeous and the best part is it’s completely affordable so I can do color at a lower “risk” since I do have a tendency to stick to Blacks and Dark Browns. Megs, you should be pleased to know that since your advice, I’ve been getting more daring with colored bags. I’ve blown the rest of my hard saved money on a Purple Pleated Prada I saw on SmartBargains. So that’s one Rebecca Minkoff Black MAB and the Prada…now, I’m back to lusting and wishing. And since I’m doing colors now, this The Sak Silverlake Satchel in Cream would fit right in!

The Silverlake in cream is my favorite!! (It’s luxurious, gorgeous, and I am dying to add that to my fall wardrobe!!) But since I have to choose my favorite from the Sak site, I would have to say that the Dakota Shopper in berry is my favorite! The color is fabulous for fall ‘08 & perfect for a pop of color. And i love that it’s an oversized bag because I have a lot of stuff to lug around! I love the crinkled leather, zippers, and tassles - so chic & edgy! The inside print is just as fabulous - very adorable! =)

The ashbury linen shopper is the the bag i covet for. It is very pretty. It’s perfect for a day at the mall or beach with friends. It’s perfectly great for carrying stuff while travelling.

I like some of The Sak’s old school crochet bags, and I’m happy they’re going back to basics on a lot of their purses. I especially like the new twist the Bennet Rope Crochet collection adds to the classic The Sak crochet look. I’d take it in any color, but I like the Black Static the best. I’m also in love with the Silverlake Satchel in Amber or Cream, but as a college student, this is probably as close as I’ll ever get to it!
My favorite The Sak bag is definitely the Silverlake convertible satchel in all the colors! Not only is it simliar to the Botkier Sasha (which I have been stocking all over the internet and dying for) but I almost like it better because the braided handles add an extra “umph” that the sasha doesnt have. This style is so convenient and useful as well!
