Sale Extravaganza Without the Black Eye!

crazy shoppers

I hope everyone who celebrated Christmas had a great day and lots of fun with family and friends! We had our usual routine; wake up, open presents, giggle at a few odd gifts from mom, ask where the breakfast is, fight over which gift to use first, etc etc. Every year it is the same, but I would not have it any other way. Today we also had a milestone and actually got our dog, Nitro, the # 1 Ohio State Fan, to take his first dip in the new pool, although he swam the wrong way and we had to jump in and push him out. Dinner was a feast, the kind that you must wear expandable pants to, and now we all are sitting down, expanding, and enjoying a movie while sipping on our Starbucks (that we had to pick up between 10 am and 4 pm today). Either way, this is my favorite day of the year and family time around the Holidays is the best gift out there.

That being said, we all know there are a handful of days every year that will inevitably come and mean that all shoppers are on a mission to seek and destroy anything in their path. Black Friday means I stay home, day after Christmas means I stay home. I enjoy leisurely shopping; no elbows in the kidney, no taking a number for line, no fast walk/half run store to store, and no fighting in parking lots for a spot is still a one mile walk. Tomorrow, I will wake up, go get breakfast and Starbucks with a good friend and my sister, and then shop from the comfort of my home (hopefully good weather so I can sit poolside tomorrow).

In order to help those of you who are like me avoid the after holiday rush, tomorrow will be geared toward After-Holiday Sales you don’t want to pass up and can do from your home!! Enjoy!!! And if you are brave, strap on your body armor and brave the return-I-don’t-like-the-sweater crowds! 😀
