Tory Burch Spring 2013: The Best She’s Ever Done

Tory Burch has come such a long way, and Tory Burch Spring 2013 proves that Tory has found her fashion groove. Of course, Tory has made a huge name for herself for years and filled an important gap in the market with her well-priced ballet flats, logo bags and tunic tops, but there is so much more Burch has to offer. Yesterday morning, she showcased all that her company can do in the best way possible.

For spring, we took a trip with Tory’s collection – the show’s tribal theme was clearly inspired by the designer’s international travels. The first looks sashayed down the runway in beautiful hues of yellow, black, and cream, followed by looks in muted rouges and floral prints. The bags were entirely funky and varied from structured travel bags with prints and patterns to small crossbody bags adorned with tassels and bobbles. The Tory Burch girl is spunky, well-traveled, and fun, she doesn’t take herself too seriously but she cares to dress as carefree and immaculately as possible, which is precisely what this collection delivered. The Parisian touches from last season are long gone and easy breezy pieces are here to stay. These are by far the best designs I have seen from Tory, and if this is a look at what is to come, I want to see more.
