If you knew anything about dogs, you would know that the haircut usually seen on show poodles evolved as a result of poodles’ traditional job as a water based sporting dog… the shaving is to minimize their being weighed down by soaking, and the “puffs” (their natural coat) are left uncut to add warmth at the joints and other key parts of the dog’s body. Poodles that are kept as pets usually just get their hair trimmed, not shaved or styled. Poodles are NOT meant to be pampered puff balls, and make wonderful sporting dogs, guard dogs, and agility competitors.

And the bag is ADORABLE!!
