I used to love D&B but after my recent issue with them I will never purchase another. I got a D&B bag a few years back and I did not use it much. The fabric started to fall apart and so I sent it in to be fixed. I paid $235.00 for the bag and all they wanted to give me was $117.50 for the bag which I had to use to purchase a bag at the same price. The bag that I wanted was $195.00 and they refused to let me do that. I tried to talk to the manager and got no response. This is stupid I should be able to trade in for any bag that I want. If it costs less I’m the one out the money not them. Has anyone ever had this issue and if so did you get it resolved?

WOW! LMFAO @ at the chaos going on in this forum over one simple purse. This is such a shame. I feel sorry for all the girls on here who have nothing better to do than argue back and forth, tit for tat, with strangers that you have never met, and probably will never meet about which designer is better. I don’t like this particular tapestry Dooney, but I like the white multicolor ones, black multicolor ones, black and grey ones, and brown and tan ones. I love Dooney because they have really fun styles. They have something for everyone, young and old. The colorful ones appeal more to the younger crowd, and the plain leather ones are more for older women. Either or, they are all nice and well made.

I own five Dooneys, and I love each and every one of them. But the difference is that I actually bought them myself because I am not a spolied priss like many of the “women” on this forum. I am not rich, I mean, I just graduated from college so I have tons of student loans left to pay off LOL…but why does it matter if someone is rich or not? Having money doesn’t make you better than the next person, and blasting your so-called wealth over the Internet is not cute at all. Especially when you don’t know how to spell correctly. It’s such a shame. No one is jealous of you OR your bags. The bag does not make the woman.

So yes I ♥ DB. You don’t have to like them because guess what? You don’t buy my sh!t so you don’t have a say in it. If you like them, great, if you don’t great. I’ll live. I can’t believe people actually fight over this trivial matter. I mean, it’s only a purse! If you girls put this much effort into a better cause, I am sure it would do the world some good. I came upon this site looking for a discontinued Dooney that I really want to get, but I found a laugh instead.

I may not be rich, but I have good taste. I own lots of designer things because I work hard for them. I buy something because I like the way it looks, not because it’s a certain designer brand. I don’t worry about what other people have to say about what I wear because I wear stuff for ME and not for them. I sincerely hope that you girls have an epiphany and realize that this is silly to fight over. Dooney lovers and non-Dooney lovers should be able to get along. It’s not that serious people. I agree with Jeff a few posts above me.
