This bag in purple is currently on sale at Neiman Marcus. Originally $1450, reduced to $971 and now an additional 25% off for a total of $728.25, nearly 50% off the original price. In Orlando,FL they only have the purple. It’s a pretty color but different, looks reddish purple in the store and sort of brownish in natural light. It actually looks like is would go with lots of colors. 1/1/08

I’m really glad you posted this because I was thinking of getting the black one. Too bad I’m on my laptop because I can’t see the color of the purple but this would be perfect if the purple is just right. Still I wonder..is it better in black or purple? I want both! Funny, I could totally relate to the quick-fix-for-raisin-Hermes statement.

Fendi has been just “too” much in the last few years, but this bag is very different.
It is empty of much, which usually is good, in many ways, but for Fendi, it seems
too empty. Love the color and finish though, great, really great stitch color.
