I miss Christian so much. I wish Jerell had been in the final three. I did not like Leannes colletion at all. It was pretty, but the colours were… need I say more?

I loved kortous though. Kenleys were pretty nice, and the bridesmaid dress was really nice.

I stopped watching a few episodes back. I much rather use my Tivo space for UFC. I just miss Christian! Amanda my dawling, it is up to you to keep the masses informed on the lastest in PR, because most of us are tired of fast forwarding.

This season missed the mark. While I know there will not be another Christian, or Jillian, at least we should have some designers with equal talent. And while I love Leanne and Jerell, they are just not enough. I was so upset when Jerell got kicked off he totally deserved to go to Grant Park. He has won the most challenges, and more importantly he won the last challenge. As for Kenley, I immediately noticed the similarities to the McQueen dress, but her bridesmaid dress was fierce. Kenley’s attitude just turned me off and it overshadows her designs. Leanne dress was beautiful. Korto’s just ok. If this is the last season of PR, I wouldn’t be upset. All good things must come to and end. I’ll just forget this season ever happened. LOL

I guess I’m too much of a traditionalist when it comes to wedding dresses – I pretty much thought all of them were hideous with Leanne’s being the least offensive. Although, I do have to admit that Kenley’s bridesmaid’s dress was rather pretty. As for this season, I should’ve done what Dawn has been doing, get the recap here, dresses from another webpage and save my 40 min of view time for other pursuits.

I was sad to see Jerell eliminated. I really liked his collection that was shown on Bravo’s website. Oh well…. I think Leanne will win this season. Oh well…. (Her boyfriend was very cute!!!)

This entire episode and season was kinda egh.. I liked Leannes collection but I wish there was more to her then the waves, pleats thing. Just like I wish there was more with all the other designers. Kenleys dress was 100 percent a knockoff of McQueen but doesn’t everything good that is eccentric get compared to him. No designers from Project Runway no matter how good are going to be on McQueens level so I feel for them when they are compared to him. It’s like comparing a work of art to a kids jr high art project.

I told you guys in the earlier posts of Amanda, that my hunch told me that Kenley will end up and lo and behold she did!! I really wanted the other three to end up but Kenley got lucky. M. Kors was right. Her wedding dress was soooo Alexander Mcquinish!

If Leanne keeps up with her brilliant work then she might be the WINNER. hers was certainly the best.

Oh, and as to who’s gonna win? I don’t even care. I’d rather see a Leatha Stella in the finals for an interesting collection at the least. All have them will have pretty dresses. I think they’ll pick Leanne to win. I hope they get her a hairstylist as a bonus prize.

Specifically, it’s the Happy Days episode when Fonzie literally jumped a shark on skis. And the world knew the show was way past its peak.

Thanks for the great show summaries. I pretty much gave up on PR after Suede left. Not because I liked Suede – but because when I want to do nothing but fast forward to the end, the show has finally managed to lose me. I can get the highlights from you, see the dresses on another webpage, and save myself 40 minutes with my dvr.

I agree that this season has not been as good as past seasons BUT,

I LOVE Jerell.
I am still trying to bid on his clothes that are up for auction.

I love Kenley’s work, but her personality completely voids out here art. But those bridesmaid’s dresses were SO cute.
I loved Leanne’s stuff. I loved it.
I like Corto’s stuff. It is stuff I’d buy on Shopbop.com…maybe. I did not like her dresses last night. Her bridesmaid dress is identical to my Junior PROM dress.

Reading this was a really funny experience for me…Literally everything you said were my exact feelings starting with Christian Siriano, not wanting this to be the last episode, adoring Tim Gunn (and specifically, thinking he is the most genuine and intelligent person on reality TV!), hating the fact that I liked Kenley’s dress(es) the most, feeling so bad for Jerrell, etc etc.

Other than that, just a shout out to Tim Gunn!! We need more people like him in the fashion industry!

I suffered through this whole episode.

I LOVED, LOVED Leanne’s stuff. Perfection.

Kenley was amazing too. She made 2 gorgeous dresses.

Korto… I was surprised with the judges’ critique. I love her clothes! Classic and elegant. I also think she ruined the amazing work she had done on the brides maid dress (???).

Jerell… I hated seeing him go, but he definitely needed to edit, edit, edit!!!

Ye Gods! All I could think was poor poor Jerell…
And I do NOT want to see a whole slew of 50’s dresses down the runway. Kennedy can take her betty page bangs and fall off the side now.
I think I need to move on to Top Chef now or something. There will never be another Christian.

And for your wonderful recap you get – Fonzi, yes you made me think about Fonzi and Happy Days when it wasn’t so happy. There’s your reference.

They copied this challenge and the car parts challenge from the Australian version of Project Runway. This show HAS jumped the shark, and it’s getting boring. The best seasons were 1 and 2, before the show took itself so seriously and the designers were people that hadn’t already worked with big names. Bring back Chloe, Daniel, Jay, and Santino.
