These are great. I have a number of canvas bags that I use when grocery shopping. But when I do end up with the plastic shopping bags I reuse them as trash bags, too. I also have another great bag that's made from recycled juice boxes. It's great to see the boxes reused and the bag is trendy and fun. One of the best things about it is that if it gets dirty I just hose it off and it's good to go! With the canvas, I have shrunk a couple trying to wash them! www.pursuasionsllc.com

thems some nice quality-reusable-unleftoverbags!

38 dollars is expensive, but i'd much rather see people spend 38 bucks on something quality-and resuable than unquality and unresuable, like crack.

if you don't like em i you don't have to buy them and if you do you can.....america's crazy that way...i like em.

That is so dumb. $38 for cheap looking canvas bags? You can go anywhere and get canvas bags for $1 each. The designs do not make these bags worth $38 either...you can custom make your own at those places that print photos on to t-shirts, mugs etc and they would for sure be less than $38 each. Sometimes I just don't understand what people are thinking!

There are biodegradable plastic bags you can buy for trash that would not contribute to the pollution. Go ahead and get some reusable grocery bags! There are great ones out there from Envirosax and RuMe bags that hold a ton and fit over your shoulder. They also fold up very small and will fit in your purse so they aren't forgotten in the car.

to hawaii2484, buy biodegradable trash bags, better for the environment and they aren't plastic, they are a corn composite, and then use reusable bags.

I too keep mine in my trunk and inevitably either me or my boyfriend has to run and get them... :)

I have a reusable tote from my local grocer that I use, but sometimes I leave it home and ask for paper bags. I use those to store my paper recycling and then throw all of it into the bin on pick up day.

i use the grocery plastic bags as trash bags for my entire household - we never have to buy any plastic trash bags. i thought about using canvas, but then i would have to buy trash bags [which would contribute to pollution just the same].

however, those shopbop totes are cute and kudos to those who use them.

I too try to use my canvas bags...and keep running back to the car! I just got a great new one that is larger than most. It costs a little more, but when you buy it you feed a child for a year through the UN World Food Program. It is a big burlap bag that says Feed the Children of The World. It is fully lined in off white cotton and can be used as a beach bag or tote. Get it through www.feedprojects.org or Amazon.com.

well its fine to reuse your bags if you need only 6 but here in Dubai we end up leaving the supermarket with 2 or 3 carts full... we would need at least 35 bags minimum for our groceries ...

but these bags are cute though! and yea, i guess its good for the environment too.so snap snap!
