Wow, I am loving the Dior Miss Dior Promenade Pouches in the new colors. Any information on the price

The best from this slide. The bicolour with having the top in metallic is quite unique :)

The Diorama in solid are chic. All the rest of the bags with multi colour patterns are slightly kitschy! I want to love Dior but their designs are missing that ‘je ne sais quoin’. I recently had a terrible experience at their boutique witnessing some poor workmanship.
I still get flashes of Chanel Boy bag from the Diorama :/
Dior price range is up there with Chanel but I feel like they don’t have the same aura, history, or instant impact (love at first sight).

I’m with you. I am not a huge fan of the Diorama (or the Chanel Boy, when you get down to it). In a solid color the Diorama’s nice but IMO their print choices are way off base.

Can you filter out these ads? It’s like answering the phone expecting a friend and getting a telemarketer instead :-(

IMO, the Chanel Boy represents a more youthful and fun iteration of that brand: the great (and unique) clasp, the new riff on classic quilting, the heavier strap. But somehow this Dior has all the elements of a copy but without the “fun” element. The stitching and clasp read as formal but the chunky strap is casual so it all feels like a mismatch.

Have to agree: no “coup de foudre” for me either! Whereas the Lady Dior, while not my cup of Earl Grey, is a beautiful and timeless style.

  • The Dunes are gorgeous

I like the Dune. I only wish they come in just solid non-exotic leather.

I’ve loved the Lady Dior ever since I saw Lady Diana toting her pearl white LD everywhere waaaay back then! One of these days I will own one, but for now, I’m broke!

I own bags that includes Hermes and Chanel, but overall my Dior bags are my favorite. My Black Dior Be Dior is beautiful as is my Large Black Lady Dior. My Dior bags exude a sense of femininity with their soft lines and curved corners that is unmatched. However, the exception is the Diorama as it appears to mimic the Chanel boy bag which is too boxy and masculine. Also, the clasp resembles folders used in middle school.
