I’m not sure about the shape. I do like however that the Dior charm is no longer metal, but adopts the color of the bag. Much, much, MUCH better. The ornaments are interesting and I kind of like them… I think.

  • Is this a wannabe clutch? And then it has an optional strap for… your elbow? The bag doesn’t know what it wants to be. I love Dior but i’m leaving this one out on the interstate

Amazing embroidery. I’d be scared to wear it with anything knit though.

  • Lisa

I find this bag confusing. The bulky handles and large charm read “casual”, but the embroidery is more of a nighttime option, no matter how many magazines show sequins for day. All in all, it seems out of proportion to me. Pass.

  • Kate

I had to stare at it for a long time, but I think I like it. The lush embroidery on some of the bags makes them little wearable works of art.

I prefer the original Lady Dior. Definitely not my taste.

  • Passerine

Dior turned the Lady into a dachshund. Love the designs, but not the wiener dog shape.

    • Aurore de La Gorce

You made me laugh so much.

      HEH!

  • TheModMazza

    Leave it….

  • Sandy

Leave it..not sure what they were thinking!

Dior is always pretty but the shape bothers me, just like the JPG birkin has always looked odd to me. I applaud them for trying something different though.

  • DayDreamer

lady dior’s my favourite but I have to leave this one.

this is just so whimsical and fun – not sure if its a clutch or an arm bag or a shoulder bag

With the right size, the bag may work. With the right length, that strap may work. But so far, they’re all too cramped together under the arm pit and with the structure of the bag, it’s not really pretty in the long run. I’m not buying it now until they can figure out the right one.

Leather ones are beautiful. Beaded ones are too antique-ish to me. Remind me of a pillbox hat and gloves worn with a tweed suit,

  • Maya

Definitely leave, first I’ve never liked that bag to start with but, did they cut it in half, it’s the feeling I get looking at it! NEXT!

  • FashionableLena

Some things are better left to the runway.

  • Aurore de La Gorce

That’s pretty disturbing because when I first looked at the picture on top of the article, with the charms and all, it was as if the bag had two enormous eyes directly staring at me. This bag looks fierce.
But I like the embellished versions, although yes, it’s a bit like the dachshund’s shape.

  • Passerine

I saw one today at the Dior boutique and it wasn’t as bad as I had thought. But still think the strap is too wide.

  • Josh Cohen

I can’t handle this bag. I love bags of all shapes and sizes (mostly), but this reminds me of the baguette craze of the early 2000s, and that’s an era of fashion that should NEVER return.

  • Imgoingbroke

I’d be all over this bag if it were a clutch…unfortunately, it’s not and therefore, leave it.
