Happy New Year everyone! We are finally back in the swing of things and excited to bring you the latest and greatest handbag news on the web. To start the year off right, we want to ask you what you think of this novelty clutch, is it fab or drab? YSL handbags made a hit last year with their Downtown Tote, which was spotted on the likes of Jessica Biel, Ashlee Simpson, and Salma Hayek. While many of the YSL handbags play it safe, the Yves Saint Laurent Minaudiere Satin Clutch goes out on a limb to bring a different look for a fun handbag. This box clutch is designed with refined satin and sports the YSL address print detail on the front, giving the clutch the resemblance of a letter. There is a rhinestone twist-lock closure and two open interior pockets. Dimensions are 6½”W x 3½”H x 1½”D and this clutch is available in both black and red. Pre-order at Saks for $1,395.

I really love the design, the address and stamp are unique and would add a twist to your outfit. I think its priced a bit high for a small clutch but it would get noticed.

I like it, but I don’t >$1,000 like it. I $300-$500 like it.

Typo. I meant “love it” instead of “loce it”. *rolls eyes at self*

I think its neat, but not something I’d carry - and as some others have said, I think it’s neat, but not $1400 neat.

I love it but what I don’t like is the price tag. I think it is a wee bit too much on the price tag. But other wise I love this clutch.

LV has a bag-larger-with some writing on it.That bag was awful.YSL did it with style.I´d rather buy a bag that has no labels, but this one is an expection.
