Halston Maxine Clutch

Halston Maxine Clutch Halston just got finished showing their new line on the runway at fashion week. And while the clothing line behind Halston continues to sell well in retail, their handbags are just starting to grab attention. The last Halston bag that grabbed our attention was no more than a mere sack, the Halston Zai Messenger Bag. And that messenger bag was a big miss as far as I am concerned. But now I find myself drawn to animal prints, so much so that I am gravitating to them for accents in our home. Looking through my closet I realized that I am completely lacking in the animal print compartment, owning no bags that have an animal print whatsoever. Too safe I think. Time to divulge into the animal print world.

Halston redeems itself some with the black and white animal print Halston Maxine Clutch. I say this often, and it is true, this is not the bag that will have entering my info and buying it. But this bag is a viable option when it comes to animal prints. The pony skin gives additional dimension and the gold chain strap adds a little vavoom. There is a zip fastening along the top and a zip compartment on the outside. The print itself is close and compact, offering clean lines of the pattern which is quite alluring as far as animal prints go. This has not made Halston a must have in my book, but it has been extremely helpful in redeeming itself from that lifeless bundle from before. Buy through Net A Porter for $1,995.

I love animal prints! I can’t seem to get away from them and am so glad they keep introducing them almost every season! That bag is hot although I already have a Jimmy Choo in this type of pony print…
