I’ve been meaning to credit the Dior Saddle Bag for the longest time, and finally comes the day that I do so. What the Kelly to Hermes, and what the classic monogram is to LV, Dior’s is the Saddle Bag. The form is just extraordinarily sexy and timeless, and as much as the bags were withheld from the general public in their earliest days, these days we can consider ourselves lucky to have unrestricted access to the Saddles. Which of the Saddles you will call your own someday depends mainly on your funds, of course.
I’ve decided to go with the entry Saddle level with the Vintage Flowers Saddle Pouch. The bags have been reinvented over the years, and this season the tendency gears towards going back to the roots. The classic logo jacquard is embroidered with elegant flowers to add a delightful burst of spring color. A leather trim and silver metal hardware round off the glamorous package. DIOR VINTAGE FLOWERS SADDLE POUCH! I’m looking for this bag! Authentic only! Elux no longer has it and the Dior stores I’ve been to dont have the saddle. Im going nuts tryin to find an authentic one. Someone please help me!!!
Try the Dior in the Woodbury Commons Outlets, Harriman, NY. I was there recently and they had a lot of the 2005 Collections. Diva, Hard etc. along with shoes and accessories. It’s a Dior store so no need to worry about authenticity.
i think i found someone with the saddle bag that i have been going crazy for. she is selling it and says it is absolutely real but i am not positive still if i should go for it…she is not doing it on ebay and has sent pics and it shows a yellow flower and has the C and D…what do you think? think it’s real? i am a little worried even tho she keeps saying it is real…
